RE:RE:RE:news out tonightI doubt they would buy at the same time they are trying to pump the price higher.   They buy the bottom before it begins to move, and sell the rise.  
  
  I expected the bottom to be a bit lower,     I had thought  18 to 21 would have made a good reversal point.    Till it is higher than 30 cents it is still technically within the greater downtrend.
