The vast majority of the outstanding warrants are controlled by the biggest shareholder Mr.Wang and his associates. It’s likely they will be exercised in order to bring in cash for PKK, but NOT dumped. He has not intention of dumping any shares until the SP has reached his objectives on the big boards (which is several dollars a share...)
