In saying that you completely miss the point. It is the expertise they have in licensing and permitting mines which is of interest. They also hired some of CCO Rabbit Lake staff when CCO laid them off so definitley expertise in running a mine and dealing with the CNSC. Whether they were there at the beginning and still there at the end seems irrelevant to me.
Besides their track record of getting this deposit from nothing to where it is now in such a short time frame is not too shabby.
Maybe they do not meet your perfection criteria but they are plenty good enough at their work for me. Made me a pile of money already so what's not to like eh!!
