Ts9222Hey ts, I noticed your post on another bullboard promoting GSM when I was doing some research and looking into Red Eagle Mining. I've pretty much only been looking at GSM for bits and pieces this afternoon. Looks to me like GSM has had a substantial amount of headaches with legal issues in Colombia. Share price has collapsed over the past several years, the company has had issues with debt problems and have had to make a number of extensions, and the only reason the share price is above a dollar right now is because of a consolidation earlier this year.
You seem pretty bullish on this stock though, I'm guessing as a turnaround story. I'm always looking for good juniors that are available at a discount with near-term catalysts to help propel share prices higher. Would love to get your run down as to why you like this company so much. Why this company, why now, what safety do we have as investors that they aren't going to have additional hiccups down the road? You're absolutely right that expected production of Red Eagle is 50k ozs and it looks like GSM could be triple that, while the market cap of Red Eagle is around 100MM compared to GSM at closer to 30MM. I'm not convinced on either right now, but it definitely seems that the market perceives greater risk with GSM.
Looking forward to reading your comments.
Cheers,
