NAPEC : A COMPANY INITIALLY FOUNDED IN 1966napec was at first a company (under the name of "Securistat") specializing in engine repairs, namely snowmobiles parts and builded the "powerbloc" engine. it then became known as "powerbloc ibc canada inc." in 1996 the company became a wholly newly owned enterprise. on january 1, 2001 it changed its name to investment cvtech and in january 2005 to cvtech group and became listed that same year on the Toronto stock exchange.
