Wa Wa Wa...why is share price so low?

Wa Wa Wa...why is share price so low?Another question might be....why is shareprice so high?

As Brent Cook preaches...if a Co has $100M+ market cap....better have a mine. I recall when SOI.v was > $100M and PumpTards there had 100 reasons why SP it was going much, much higher. More drilling...similar veiny results, market cap is back to $40M, SP 30 cents.
Oh yeah...Goldcorp owns a chunk. PumpTards were sooooo wrong.

So with a market cap of $330M....ask yourself...does BGM have 3.3 mines?
So Osisko may of paid a takeover premium % , recent PP of 95 cents....why would retail pay a takeover premium when there will never be a competing bid?
If premium is 20%, fair market value for retail is 75 cent range...based on the 95 cent PP. If mngmnt can't drill 3 mines with the $44,000,000 they raised....SP will be a lot less.

Harsh but that's how the game get's played
