Not  true,  if they  applied  50-100% of  this  years  special  dividends  to  next  years regular  dividends, the  yeild would  look  much  better. IF  we  could  carry  that   year  to  year I  couldn't  see  us  having  any more  than a  6% yeild,  6%  is  a  very  high  yeild. THe Stock price would  risse  to   meet  the   yeild
