RE:RE:RE:RE:PP done and debenture paid offyes, a 5 year warrant that's basically in the money. nice. lots of value in that warrant. I think the strategic investor may have to idenditfy itself if it has an effective interest over 10% incl. warrants. it may have also become an insider and have to file sedi reports.

One thing is for certain, we are still alive.... but not to rain on the parade, this is a $0.05 dilutive financing, and unlike other financings that Farshad has done, there is also a full warrant at $0.05.
From Press Relase...."... placement financing of 11.6 million units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $580,000 by insiders and a strategic investor. Each unit will comprise one common share of Doubleview and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at five cents per share for a period of five years from the date of issue....".
But it does get the legal problems with the past Debernture to vanish. The way I read it is that Farshad was squeezed hard into giving highly dilutive money to keep DBV alive, just think, the person who financed got 2X money at $0.05....!!!! But I also suspect that Farshad took down some of this financing (and why not, he continues to build a bigger position). What a great deal for them!!!! So, hopefully this person isn't going to sell and will provide more money when they exercise the warrant (provided the price is much higher). This pushed DBV over 100 Millions shares.
No trades yet today, but also no selling today. Farshad now needs to raise money to drill the new targets....
Bottom line, my money is still in play after more than 3 years..... that is an accomplishment in itself..!!!
Good Luck.
