RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Base Shelf ProspectusQuattro, I don't think working capital is the appropriate metric to determine cash flow/requirements going forward at this point in time.  The working capital figure from the financials includes $1,350,000 of inventories and prepaid items.   These items are not likely to be converted to cash on a short term basis.  For that reason I would exclude them when trying to determine what the company's cash balance may be here at the end of September.
