What I discovered instead is that the management is a capital firm that is barely invested and working for their client, their largest shareholder; Tongling. Teck and KZ are not in the picture because they know what will happen and are moving on elsewhere for supply.
The drill program is probably at Tongling's request so that they can determine buyout price.
I too am holding out for a take over or some kind of appreciation. Right now it's capped between .30 cents and .35 cents (L2) which is right at my average price. So it's a marriage of convenience.
