Don't average down. You'll just trap more money in the red. Losers here will try to convince you to to do it because they're in the red too. 

What if ACG goes to 0.08.? How about 0.06? Are you convinced that this is the bottom? It certainly isn't moving the the cannabis sector. I guess the worst case scenario is you lose your remaining $19,000. Is that all your capital?
