Its likely not going to go up on nothing. We have been at these levels for a while as the marketr waits for them to do something.  The land was a huge acquisition and the license moving forward is awesome but obviously not enough to get some legs on this thing . 
Based on the news as  well does that mean they are not going after the California facility now ? Sticking with Canadian aquisitions ?
