The infrastructure for the proposed development of the Record Ridge Property is located on mineral tenures controlled by the Company.

There are many Gryphon Enterprises out there but this one is supposed to be based out of Maryland. These are the only 2 businesses by that name in Maryland according to the Maryland Business Registry, and both are in forfeiture

It is your money and your business but if they throw a halt on this for clarification......Well some of the Vets know what I am saying. Another one that maybe the Vets can answer for you. When was the last time a mysterious company offered a Venture company a buyout offer that was almost 4,000% of it's then Market Cap and that transaction turned out to be real?
