Prune Face---about a month ago i spoke to the company and asked your question plus the question if they would just expand using bank lines of credit.....i was told...not necessary unless of course they got such a large volume it was necessitated......but they added in that case the stock price would go up accordingly.....So my thoughts are they will not do a bought deal in near future just for the sake of doing one.

Didn't say they would do one for the sake of doing one. But suppose the resident pundit(s) are correct and the funds do want in, they aren't going to be coming in for peanuts, small positions. The only way to accommodate them is to place shares from treasury. If anyone funds, retail, whoever, wanted a few million shares, they'd drive the share price to astronomical levels if they attempted to buy that many on the open market. There just aren't enough available. And if they did that, where would their upside be? Don't get me wrong, I'd like to see something north of $10 too but let's face it, that isn't in the cards for a while yet. Currently still trading at hefty P/E multiples. Projected? Ok, I can buy that, say a couple of years out, 'projected' being the operative word. Management, recently at least, has met their objectives. If that continues, then great for the shareholders.
