RE:RE:RE:im thinking
By definition this company is a micro-cap not a small cap. Expect what you want but these are the same guys that placed shares at $0.62 when the SP was in the 0.80s IIRC. Swallowing everything they try to feed you could be dangerous. As far as the funds go, figure it out. there are 77.5 million shares FD. Management holds 40% or 31 million, leaving 46.5 million in the FD float. If four funds want to take a 9.9% stake in the company that would require an additional 31 million shares, leaving 15.5 million in the float. Even at a generous million shares a day that would take a solid month to transpire on the open market. You don't think that would result in an imbalance and an heavily skewed SP based on what this company is/has? Can't see it happening, especially at this juncture. Better IMO to approach the company, indicate their intentions to hold for the longer term, offer a bought deal with no warrants and get in at a reasonable level which lessens the risk. Believe me, if someone or group came up to them and offered them $90 million tomorrow they'd take a hard look at it. AIMO.
