U haven't done your dd on private placements. They cannot price it below 5c without special permission from CSE otherwise I'm sure they would have it at 4c. When I say pp is expensive I mean why buy at 5c when you can get it at 4c in the open market....the warrant is not sweet enough for that. And I don't see anyone rushing to buy on open market either. Investors would not touch this...their only hope is to get some money from friends and family.
