RE:CC Buying on behalf of CZXStrathroy50, you make a great point. They make the announcement and have not followed through. Very common theme here. Why bother setting expectations? Feels more like a sales pitch. If you plan to do little, say little and now and then surprise the market. CZX talks and dissapoints.

Anyways, even if they went ahead and bought 8M shares in addition to their current balance, they would wind up with 9% of the float! Not even in remote territory from any kind of significant position.
