While i do not know them personally, IMHO 'theinvestor22' & 'valleyest' are two very well balanced posters and have provided valuable opinions to this board. Some of the best posts IMO.
Anyone that would try to tell you otherwise DOES NOT have your best interest in mind.

Hate to get into these non value add discussions but just had to say my opinion.
