The Company retains 100% of the mineral rights to the Record Ridge Property, which consists of 29 contiguous mineral claims, eight crown-granted claims, and one privately owned claim totaling 8,972 hectares. The known magnesium mineralization is located within two of the mineral claims. The infrastructure for the proposed development of the Record Ridge Property is located on mineral tenures controlled by the Company.

That is along the lines of one of the questions I have. The only people that can answer that question are the ones who actually sold on the 5th.

Question to the board: Is there anyone here that sold on the 5th that can tell us if your money from that sale is free to clear to invest. I know the transaction will show as complete until the brokerage is advised otherwise, but in fact is the money from that sale unlocked in your account?

If it is free and clear to invest then IIROC screwed the pooch and the bad guys got away with it, and anyone who bought overpriced shares on that day are too. Hopefully (In the name of justice) that is not the case but only a person who sold on the 5th  would have factual knowledge of where that really stands.
