RE:Inmarsat and FlyhtJust to emphasize what I said in my previous post, here is a statement by our CEO from the mro-network.com article. If true, and Mr. Schmutz would know better than anyone, then Inmarsat's testing of this capability in swiftbroadband could only be Flyht's technology.
The same can be said of the testing with Boeing.
As said before, there is nothing else and Flyht has the patent. It is Flyht's software and developed expertise and capabilities imbedded within swiftbroadband.

As Tom Schmutz, the company’s CEO, reports, AFIRS is currently the only system with the capability to acquire flight data recorder information—in real time—and stream it directly to the ground. “That satisfies the Amendment 40 requirement for timely flight data recorder access,” he notes.
