RE:Minesa states: delimitation of moor at 3,100 meters !I could be wrong here....and I hope so, but I see no change that benefits EOM. EOM territory starts at approximately 2800 meters, just above the Minesa tunnel. If you review the map found on the EOM website it shows the 3100 meter elevation and the veins to that elevation. The restoration area where mining was permitted taps out at 3200 meters. I think those restoration claims were the claims that were cancelled. The elevation to 3200 meters contained the 3 million ounces plus that made up the EOM mineable resources. Once the government cancelled the claims in the restoration area we were left with about one million ounces and that is when EOM claimed the project was unminable. 

So, I think nothing has changed other than Minesa can probably access the veins from their tunnel operation. The link to the map follows. As I said I hope I am wrong in this. Please set me straight if that is so. Anyway, the map is on the EOM website.
