Been in the markets a long time. Sure seems to me that those ducks are sitting there all lined up
perhaps with the exception of Robert Washer wanting to sell 1.5 million shares. But on a positive note, price appreciation is money in his pocket as well, so he is on the same game as the rest of management. Yes, very short term  will be massive dilution, but if things work out, kudos to the present management team righting the ship, investing their own money, and saving the Titanic from sinking.
