so you're saying you think they kicked Mari out for publishing the address of their intended facility but not aurora for confirming that they have made it to the final tender stage? Doesn't seem reasonable. I'd say the disclosure of making it to the final stage of the process in a pr would be a better reason for disqualification then publishing your intended location if a license was granted. It also doesn't make very much sense if the list of the 5 l.p's in the finals was correct. Mari published the location as far back as may so I'm not sure how they would continue to advance if that was grounds for disqualification..... and If the process is as confidential as it's made out to be why would adcann CEO be aware of this. Also why all the insider support during the raise....
