Material Information???

I would have thought the passing of Dr. Leka would have been material information concerning a public Company. It is my understanding that he was a principal shareholder as well. Why did it take EVITRADE 5 months to put out a news release regarding his passing? It may been interesting to know who sold the shares during the last 5 months as the share price collapsed.
