The Company retains 100% of the mineral rights to the Record Ridge Property, which consists of 29 contiguous mineral claims, eight crown-granted claims, and one privately owned claim totaling 8,972 hectares. The known magnesium mineralization is located within two of the mineral claims. The infrastructure for the proposed development of the Record Ridge Property is located on mineral tenures controlled by the Company.

I can"t beleive this is happening!

this US guy that was accused and convicted of selling securities without licence in the past wins it all!

he shorted the stock when it spiked, and will now be able to easily covers for pennies!

this stock is dead!  

They probably banked between 1 to 2 million $$$!  And everything is fine???  IIROC says nothing wrong????  WTF! The NR was full of lies!

I owned 0 shares of this company, but followed the story...and this is an outrageous outcome!!
