Protons, good luck and thanks for the updates. Sorry to say that I still see anon and TD with plenty of shares to sell, I'd venture to say between these two millions have been sold and could be millions more to go. Who knows what the reason is but it has killed Aquila's ability to move up. Where it hurts most is the financing, instead of doing it at .25 it could have been done at .50. This is clearly not a retail seller as the majority of shares are owned by institutions and insiders.
