**** Maricann Merger ? ****If I was a betting individual....here's the reason for the halt:
- Maricann has been sold conditional to the Pharamacy deal being approved.
- Management in meetings with staff wrt status of employess
- Second party, much better Company, will initiate halt later this afternoon or after close
For the record.....halts involving two entities at different times happens frequently
Kids.....this is not the Pharmacy deal causing the halt. Its much better
