A year ago to today

Just over a year ago, Nova Leap was looking to close its Qalifying Transaction. In the past 13 months, NLH has acquired three businesses and now operates 4 locations in 3 States - Vermont, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

While the financial impact of the two recent acquisitions (Sept 22 and Oct 6) will begin to show in Q4, NLH has announced its intention to open up to 6 new locations (organic growth) in 2018 as well as up to 4 new acquisitions (acquired growth).

The company has been well supported by insiders as evidenced on Sedi. Thank you to those investors that have supported the company during 2017 and good luck in 2018.
