April dividend increases

April dividend increasesEvery year in April CAR-UN increases its dividend. Lots of UNs dont do this.
It has only a 34% payout ratio, so lots of room for more, Unusual as often find UNs have high Ratios.
I like the long term charts on this, they tell a story of steady growth.
Ive done very well owning it and every time i think of realizing my gains the fundamentals keep me here and i end up glad i didnt sell.  Maybe i should just stop monitoring it.
