The only problem is that the new Rover pipeline will be delivering a LOT of gas into the US midwest, right where Canada delivers most of our export gas. And there are other smaller projects coming as well.  LNG exports should take some pressure off, but that is the reason the forward prices continue to suck.
But, any cold snap will change things in a hurry, as storage is at a reasonable level, as you pointed out.
