I'll tell you how to progress after a fire. It's called, clean up, fix up, and move up. It's not rocket science. Now if the whole facility burned to the ground, we might have an issue and you might have a point, but that didn't happen so you have no point.

Just short whatever it is you want to short and get on with it. Posting your "scary stuff'" isn't achieving anything but a few chuckles from us.
