What I was suggesting is maybe the short interest # includes warrants exercised (I don't know how the website calculates the short interest # or maybe it erroneously calculates warrants exercised as short interest) because coincidentally both the short interest # and warrant exercised # in the last 2 weeks seem to be the same.
Regardless, as I previously stated, I believe the stock is trading at these prices because management has delivered on their goals. It's not like no significant news release or disappointing financials have come out. If that was the case, then I'd be saying that the stock price is not justified.
