Can someone really plz help?

Can someone really plz help?I’m long as can be on ISOL but want to add to my position in morning because funds didn’t make it in account today.  What is this bid and ask manipulation? Should I just pay few cents more then the ask as in the long term it may just be better to get in while I can? Or if bid low and market opens and then price jumps I’m stuck.  Normally wouldn’t ask this question and buy what I feel but this is first I’ve heard of changing the potential share price in this way.  Also since I’m long I’m down to help by placing a high Sale price like BK mentioned but more so looking to add when I can so any thoughts help. Thanks
