RE:Why would Owen suggest certification is expected by Nov 30

RE:Why would Owen suggest certification is expected by Nov 30You shouldn't jump to conclusions. The company might not necessarly PR it and so what if it takes a few extra days. They have orders to ship out in Q4 and given management's history of executing on what they say, I wouldn't doubt it. They must already be certified with individual carriers. PTCRB is for certification of roaming and works with ALL carriers.

You have to remember that the carriers are dying to get products on their network... They want to start making $ right away and get a return on their capital expenditure. If you understand that, then you know they will do everything possible to have BeWhere get through certification as quickly as possible.
