Price History

Looking at price history a lot of stock changed hands at lower prices recently. Private placement done at .12
Technology looks interesting. Who else competes in this arena with similiar technology. Contracts are great but I look way beyond that. Need a big tuna fish to buy out this technology. I see a huge demand for this technology. Only thing is are other companies in developing mode for similiar technology or is this as good as it gets.
