Disagree. Material news is material news regardless of its scope. Patent news should have been released and made public when it was granted. Therefore I expect given MRSstellar track record they will update the market accordongly.

It would only be a problem if it was material information. I think they could argue a patent granting would be immaterial compared to an imminent starting of a 400 million contract
