Not only that, but they sold 18-21M shares at 27.8. (min qty 10000 shares) with over subscription avail for 30 days after, so this stock is really only worth 27.80. Deal closes on Wed so expect the big boys to be dumping for some quick gains around then, I unloaded all last week and will buy back once this plays out. With ENB needing to unload over 3B in assets, I suspect most of them will end up at ENF no?
