RE:RE:AURORA RESPONDS TO CANNMED POISON PILLI appreciate your post, Cremona, but with all due respect, isn't that the risk of turning your company into a publicly traded entity? He gave up control when he opened the company to the public market -- AKA, putting the company in the hands of its shareholders. You can say that those 3 or 4 major investors went rogue, but you could also say that thoe shareholders simply have a different view of where the company should go.
With that said, I am not completely comfortable with all the negativity surrounding the event or with the potential legal confrontations.

For those who think business is not personal, then they have never started and fostered the growth of a company. Imagine being Brent Zettl and founding the first LP in Canada and building a company and having your company attract investors and making every one of those investors money and then having 3 or 4 significant investors go rogue and try to sell the company to ACB.
At this level it is very personal. Brent Zettl is already a multi millionaire....and so this is not about money..... it is about control. Zettl has made everyone money and still they betray him, as he tries to take over HEMP.
Going forward, this is going to be a very nasty dog fight and I don't really like it. ACB has enough on it's plate, so many positive things happening.... this thing is just nasty stuff.....that involves Lawyers and whenever Lawyers are involved you know this is a big problem....
