Is the halt pending news, or did the CSE halt it due...

Is the halt pending news, or did the CSE halt it due...to the jump in price?  What exactly is expected here?  No new licenses have been issued since last Friday so what would they announce?

Also, LIB seems to be very bad on keeping a lid on the news, if there is actually news coming out, as obviously some people know (or think they know) something.  Either that, or the MJ market has even more lemmings than I thought  8)
