Thoughts?

Absolutely $51-54 CAD would be a good buy.  Especially on the lower end, but, the million dollar question is, will it ever get back there.  Buying into a given stock and how to do it really depends to a certain degree on how long you plan to invest.  If you are thinking this is a short term one to two year hold then yes, your purchase price is important.  If you are planning on a long term hold then the purchase price has less significance.  You can catch small dips ($0.50 to a buck) but I wouldn't wait for a large one.  If they do another share issue, well, all bets are off as to at what price.

Cheers.
