All the things you said could be explained by the fact that the business is not going well. When it isnt going well you go paranoid and do everything you can to strike deals. Also, there is no insiders buying probably because they are probably in a blackout period since the strategic review. You could be right tho, i am just saying that everything strange could be explained by the fact that everything is going bad and that the SP lost 50%.
