TAC has done very well this fall, from $0.05 to $0.40. Nobody should deny that!
But let's not imagine land ownership where none exists yet or shares that aren't yet placed.
I think TAC goes higher in 2018 and the area plays do well.
But let's not ignore stuff like $7M of unfunded obligations for the property or a financing that is not closed.
Very few juniors can raise money above the trading price, so I think the odds are that the financing gets repriced to a discount, maybe $0.35.
