Yes I know, however there's no gap from the previous run. I thought we would see a bounce this week, but after yesterday close I'd bet on next week. I believe we will bottom out today or tomorrow, than we should be set. I can be wrong, but from a technical perspective and looking at houses implicated, it makes sense.

If we bottom out today, by friday the bands, MACD and RSI will all be looking like Nov.20 to 22, but we will now sit 40 to 50% higher, without material news yet.
