and the "management discount" you are eludinig to will disappear over time - after all, 75% of shareholders still voted for the deal,  so I guess they are NOT all unhappy (unlike say CPG where manament seemingly did not give the shareholders a vote, if I recall correctly)

IMO pony trades down harder than peers because of the higher leverage, but with the hedging and capex flexibility they are so far from your taunted bankruptcy, it seems you're just trying to spread fear, or just plain panicking ...

if you are disgruntled long, I feel for you; and if you're short, well, I'll just wait you out until this hits ten bucks again ... nat gas is the "green" future and once the libs figure this out, pipelines will abount and lot of us here will be retired; in any case, good luck to you, if you're long-term short, you will need it
