Are you being intentionally thick? If I understand it correctly, the rule MI 61-101) seems to indicate that the minority shareholders must approve the merger.

I hold north of 1 million shares and again, I will be voting no. 10 Cents a share based on the current price of Aura? Not me. Not now. Not ever.

With Britos owning (indirectly) 65% in RN and 52% in Aura do you honestly think that they would just walk away from the deal if the minority shareholders rejected the deal?

Of course I am making an assumption here that there is any chance of that happening. As there is zero transparency, we have no idea who the minority shareholders are and whether they are friends with Britos.

You should base it on the exchange ratio which yields 11.7 cents for RN based on the ORA share price. You should also consider what the combined company will be worth and how else RN would be able to develop its properties. I joined you as an RN shareholder the last few days given the spread.
