I see the stock valuation moving to the $10 range once the institutions hear the story. Not too many institutions have been following PHM over the past few years but these kind of numbers and consistency over an extended period won't be ignored much longer. Just enjoy the ride cause this valuation in underpinned with a solid foundation of good management, demonstrated performance and within a market sector posed to grow due to the demographics.
