RE:$0.07I think this is partly a problem of a CEO controlling too much proportion of the shares.  The company is treated like a pet project and not as a business.

Business focus would have not cheaped out on professional promotion and would have heeded the advice / guidance of investor relation firms and those that understand how raising capitol works and keeping shareholders content.

Sad but seemingly true!
