I think also that Shareholders in VIDA will beat the market shift when the amount of square feet you have to produce a product becomes valueless and product branding, marketing and sales take hold of the pot industry. Would you rather own the trademark Coca Cola or a million square foot plant that produces pop?  ALL IMO!!
