Because they can, with so many oustanding shares and banks deep pockets, it's all a game. They can only push it down so far though. We'll let them take it to .20 then they cover and we'll get some news and back up to mid 30's and then the process will likely repeat itself over and over and over... OR we just buy buy buy and get new money coming in adn good news and they'll be forced to change their tune and then we will fly! I hope for the latter, i'm long...
