CMED and HIP presenting, where is ACB?

This just showed up on my news alerts. It really seems that CanniMed and Up Cannabis think they have a deal? They also seem to be ignoring the fact that Aurora hasn't given up. Or have they?

I noticed ACB has dropped out of its share purchases of CMED over the market?
